After completing the 4-6 kilo diet, I managed to lose 2kg in 1 week. I did not exercise so much and I got invited to dinner twice, so I was not very faithful to the diet but still managed to lose some kgs.
Anyway, I got an updated special Ramadan diet for all of you who want to try it.
Breakfast (for the days before Ramadan, skip this during ramadan):
2 pieces of fruit -or-
Glass of orange juice -or-
glass of grapefruit juice
Tea -or-
Coffee -or-
diet soda -or-
skimmed milk (no sugar allowed, sweeteners ok)
Lunch or Futoor
1/4 grilled or cooked chicken -or-
2 piecves of meat cooked or grilled -or-
2 grilled or cooked fish -or-
1 can of water stored tuna
-and-
1 green salad and small plate of cooked vegetables
after futoor you can have 1 fruit or small piece of sweet (basboosa, dates, etc. but don't binge) and 1 coffee or tea
Dinner or Suhoor
1/4 piece arabic bread or 2 pieces of brown toast and fat free yoghurt -or-
boiled egg and 2 brown toasts -or-
fat free cheese and tomato -or-
four large spoons of fool (fava beans) without oil and fat free yoghurt and 1 green salad.
