This article claims that the Kuwait Royal Family is building a luxury get away in Somalia?!?! in an area called Sheikh. Very appropriate. The area will have its own airport, helicopter pad, malls, swimming pools and luxury villas.

I think it is fine, as long as it comes from their own pocket money. If not then MPs like Musallam Al Barrak and Ahmed Al Sadoun will have a field day over this!
Regarding the name, I think that it is a codename for the project. The people responsible will definately come up with a more creative name when it's done.
