In Kuwait right now, it is raining and the weather is so depressing. I know if you ask the old-timers, they will say it is 5air (meaning goodness) well I agree, it is 5air if you are a plant or yarboo3 (desert rat). For us humans, it is the time to stay home and watch satellite TV, and not go out because all the crazy drivers don't know how to drive in the rain.
Thank you for saying that rainy weather is depressing :) It annoys the hell outta me when ppl say, aww the weather is amazing when its raining.
