That is not the half of it. They actually put the wrong URL. They missed a DOT. The correct address is:http://www.moelec.gov.syOnce you get pass that farce, the portal is not half bad. Actually it is much better than what we have here in Kuwait.
computerchi: we don't need a portal, we have no bills to pay for the next couple of years ;-)
